Each year, the Agency at Bullish selects one emerging consumer startup to receive a full brand identity engagement for just $25,000 — a fraction of our standard agency fee — through our Brand Identity Crisis initiative.
Why? The entrepreneur's journey is an incredibly challenging one. Everyone needs a little unexpected help along the way. And we know just how powerful a brand identity can be for a business.
The brand selected will receive the following essentials to solve their brand's identity crisis:
An attention-grabbing logo, wordmark, and a custom color palette
A concept recommendation for either packaging or website
A style guide to seamlessly implement your new identity
We want to get to know your brand, and you know your business better than anyone. To solve your brand's identity crisis, apply for consideration program by sending us an email with the below details:
Your brand's website or your LinkedIn
A two-sentence overview of your company
A 200-word (or less) pitch on why your brand has an identity crisis, why you deserve this transformation, and what makes your brand stand apart in your category
Submit the above information to creative@bullish.co with the subject line “Brand Identity Crisis Application 2026” by February 27, 2026. We'll be in touch directly with the brand we select, so check your inbox in the weeks that follow.
Zip Dips makes probiotic-packed dips that bring the gut-health benefits of fermented foods to everyday snacking without feeling medicinal. We worked with the founder to build a distinctive brand identity that could break out boldly.
After developing the brand identity and packaging as part of the Brand Identity Crisis initiative, the founder called us back to help launch the brand with an interactive website designed to create early advocacy. See the full launch here.

RADD Foods is a small brand with big ambitions to bring super bold flavor to the sleepy non-dairy aisle. Based in Michigan, the team sought help to redesign RADD's packaging to get buyers excited about their sliced cheese product as they pushed further into retail.
Bullish's work with RADD Foods was featured in Dieline, IndieCPG, This Week in CPG, and a number of other industry publications and newsletters. See the full transformation here.
