Even though Christian Ponder had retired from the NFL, he was far from done with his professional career. He knew that he - like many other elite athletes - had developed a set of planning, leadership and perseverance skills that can deliver results in a wide range of settings. But, he couldn’t find a place to shape them in a way that both maximized and challenged them and him to new levels. So, he set out to create the first and only private professional network, for former elite athletes, who believed their next chapter was going to be even better than the last.

They needed a place that reminded them of being an athlete but didn’t define them as only that. But once a winner always a winner. And - all of them without exception - believed they were still on their journey.

We blended symbols of excellence with navigation to develop a name, visual identity system, and member programming for what we would call The Post.
