Founded by Kathryn Winokur, Hally is a modern, at-home hair color system designed for Gen Z but perfect for anyone looking for a demi-permanent, chemical-free mode of self-expression. “Cloud Color” is the first ammonia-free, foam-factor hair dye (also sulfate, paraben, cruelty free, etc.). Unlike other at-home hair dyes that smell, require intensive application processes, and are toxic for certain users, Hally is easy, safe, and fun to use. In addition to Cloud Color, Hally also offers products for ongoing hair shine, and temporary “hair makeup” Shade Stix for a bonus pop of color.
